REPAIR REQUEST FORM

Please follow the steps below to submit your Robot Coupe Repair Request:

  1. Complete the form with all required details.
  2. Attach Proof of Purchase – A valid invoice from your distributor is required.
  3. The Robot Coupe Service Department will review your submission and may request additional details, such as:
    • Photos or videos of the issue
    • Usage information (batch quantity, running time)
    • Any other relevant details to assist in our evaluation
  4. If we need to assess the physical machine, to ascertain the fault is covered under warranty (e.g. manufacturing defect), we will:
    • Require a credit card pre-authorization to cover freight, labour, and any replacement parts if the fault is found to be non-warranty related (e.g., misuse, wear and tear, accidental damage). No charges or work will be actioned without your prior approval.
    • Provide instructions for safe packing and logistics or alternative arrangements.

Once your request is reviewed, our team will contact you with the next steps within 1 business day!

2 Year Warranty starts from the date of Invoice from your distributor. YOU MUST ATTACH THE PROOF OF PURCHASE for the Warranty Claim process to commence. Failure to attach will delay this claim processing.
