REPAIR REQUEST FORM
Please follow the steps below to submit your Robot Coupe Repair Request:
- Complete the form with all required details.
- Attach Proof of Purchase – A valid invoice from your distributor is required.
- The Robot Coupe Service Department will review your submission and may request additional details, such as:
- Photos or videos of the issue
- Usage information (batch quantity, running time)
- Any other relevant details to assist in our evaluation
- If we need to assess the physical machine, to ascertain the fault is covered under warranty (e.g. manufacturing defect), we will:
- Require a credit card pre-authorization to cover freight, labour, and any replacement parts if the fault is found to be non-warranty related (e.g., misuse, wear and tear, accidental damage). No charges or work will be actioned without your prior approval.
- Provide instructions for safe packing and logistics or alternative arrangements.
